Happy Halloween!

This year was the awesomest, most sweetest Halloween- Birthday party ever!
Gosh!

Tristan and I dressed up as Napoleon Dynamite and Pedro for the church Halloween party.

A lot of people at church didn't recognize me at first (thank goodness!). I'm glad I don't normally look like this.

Some people thought Tristan was just dressed up like a cute little Hispanic man until they saw the two of us together. Then they got it.

On Halloween night we had all the family over for dinner, fun and Trick-O-Treating.

There were the "Gain" girls, "Oopsididita" and "Notta".

Emanuel the Lion King. He made Angelica carry him around all night.

Jennifer, Caydon and Brett.

All the little ones dressed up for the night.

Cindy Swine and Johnny Flu.
Aren't they infectious!

The Gonzalez Family.

Cute little monkey.

Napoleon and the witch.

Must have been a Witches Convention in town.

"I'm not your father....I'm Batman!"

I'm glad I've got a kid which gives me an excuse to get out and Trick-O-Treat!

We then came back and enjoyed delicious birthday cake.

Even Superhero's need to unwind.

The Rogers Sisters.

Thanks everyone for coming to our party! We had a great time!

Wheeler Farm

Well I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it. All this time, and nobody told me that entrance to Wheeler Farm is free!

There are plenty of things to do and learn. Like where our food comes from.

Like Corn Dogs. This one is huge (and smelly)!

And Chicken Nuggets...baaaawk!

And Milk. For 50 cents you can milk a cow. Tristan told me that after we milk the cows, then they take it on a truck to Walmart where we buy it. This kid learns fast. I guess you can buy almost anything from Walmart.

Tristan liked pretending to drive the old tractors around the farm.

There were plenty of great spots for taking pictures.

Tractor rides were a couple of bucks and Tristan really liked it.

He got to feed the birds. But you gotta watch out. They come and pick at you if you have food!

Tristan found a fake bird and put it on his shoulder like a pirate.

There were corn and hay mazes which were pretty easy. It only took me four hours to find my way out.

We ended the day in the pumpkin patch.

Pick a Pumpkin

Autumn...what a great time of year! We found a place off of 33rd South and 2300 East that had spooky decorations,

and many pumpkins to choose from.
Great BIG pumpkins...

to itty bitty pumpkins. We ended up choosing one of each.

Tristan noticed the cut outs and couldn't resist popping his head into them. (he is the pumpkin with the funny face!)

And to top it all off... a little cheese!!

It's My Treat!

This year we went to Benihana for Tia Geli's birthday. Tristan was so impressed with the cooks performing their knife skills and tricks that he wants to become a chef! Here is his imitation.

Fall For It

We took a drive up Alpine Loop and found a great spot for a few Autumn photo's.
